Getting To Know You...

Our approach to travel centers around our understanding your travel style. We realize there are many choices when it comes to travel, and we thank you for considering our services, but what do we have or do different? Good question. What we do, and why we do it is fairly simple: we are interested in how and why you travel, and we are committed to providing you with the best value for your dollar.

In knowing you, we are able to create a travel experience that matches or exceeds your expectations. When we know the details of your travel, we are able to anticipate what you may need in order for you to fully enjoy the time you have set aside to bask on beach, cruise with friends and family, or experience a once in a life-time trip. We are interested in you as a long term client, not just a one time "booking" .

We realize that some trips are fairly simple and straight forward, so why book with us?

Price Matching. If you've done your research, checked for a price online, and are just looking for a price match and availability, let us know in advance. Being honest about wanting to match a price does not hurt our feelings! Just let us know in the beginning and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Professional Service. In our humble experience, we find it necessary to be paid for our expertise. If you have a limited idea of when and where you want to travel, and are looking for our assistance in researching the best destination, date, price and availability, then we charge a minimum service fee of $350. If you book with us we apply the fee to your travel. (See our Destination Weddings page for a list of our services and fees for Destination Weddings).

With over 15 years of travel experience, our recommendations are not just random suggestions. Chances are that we have been to the destination you want, and if not, we use our extensive, professional resources to make sure we know everything possible about this destination.

We travel throughout the year with the expressed purpose of being able to give you valid, first hand information on where you want to spend your hard earned time and money. In the last 24 months we have traveled to Ireland, Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, Hawaii, Florida, and 4 Caribbean cruises.

What we look for in a destination, is different than perhaps what your co-worker or relatives may perceive. We are interested in how our present and potential customers will be served at this destination, and is it a good value for your travel dollar? In doing so, we establish relationships with our suppliers that allow us to do all the "extras" that make your vacation memorable. Unlike some of our competitors, we don't "bait and switch" with offers and promises that aren't available or just to good to be true, just to make "the sale."
